This simple recipe is great for when you want a quick snack or a no-hassle appetizer.
1 loaf baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
¼ cup chevre (goat’s cheese)
1 jar of your favorite prepared bruschetta
1/4 cup basil microgreens
Allow the chevre to sit out for 10 minutes to soften. Spread evenly onto the baguette rounds. Arrange basil microgreens on top of rounds, and top with a teaspoon of bruschetta. Simple, easy and delicious!
