These simple, gourmet tacos are quick to assemble and easy to get hooked on.
1 cup micro radish mix
1/2 cup micro cilantro
1 cup of grilled steak, chicken, tenderloin, or vegetarian protein
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Cook onion on medium heat with a little butter until soft and just starting to caramelize.
- While onions cook, grill protein and chop bell peppers
- Heat tortillas in pan with a small amount of butter.
- Assemble tacos with onions and protein first, then garnish heavily with bell peppers, micro radish, and micro cilantro.
- Get addicted. Make another round.
