This tropical smoothie is a delicious morning treat and a great way to get more greens into your day.
1 cup frozen mandarin oranges (canned mandarin oranges will work too)
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup radish mix microgreens
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia or hemp seeds (optional)
Add all ingredients into blender or smoothie machine and blend on high for 30 seconds.
