Green Smoothie

16 oz sunflower shoots + 4 oz wellness mix provides the perfect amount of greens to make this smoothie all week long!

Ingredients
3 oz micro sunflower
1 oz wellness mix
6 oz banana - chopped, frozen
5 oz pineapple - chopped, frozen
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
ice cubes
lemon juice, to taste
1/2 cup water

Directions
- Place items in blender in the order indicated on recipe.
- Add water to help with blending. Enjoy!

Avocado Toast

Ingredients
2 slices bread (gluten free optional)
1 avocado
1 tsp paprika
1 cup arugula microgreens or micro salad
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Toast bread.  Mash avocado with paprika in separate bowl.  Spread avocado mash over toasted bread.  Top with a generous portion of arugula microgreens or micro salad, finish with a quick spalsh of olive oil, salt and pepper.
